Wallet funding and ledger records
Your wallet history is maintained through transaction records (credits, debits, reversals). You agree that the ledger record and transaction reference are the primary evidence of wallet activity.
Transaction delivery and delays
- Many transactions are processed instantly, but delays can occur due to network/provider issues.
- Where a transaction is pending, please allow time for status updates before opening a dispute.
Refunds, reversals, and disputes
If a transaction fails, the platform may reverse the amount to your wallet where applicable. Some services may be non-refundable once successfully delivered. If you believe there is an error, contact support with your transaction reference.
Prohibited activities
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for fraud, money laundering, or unlawful activities.
- Attempt to bypass security, access another user’s account, or exploit vulnerabilities.
- Abuse the referral/commission system, including self-referrals or artificial transactions (where prohibited).
- Upload malicious code, scrape the website, or disrupt platform performance.
Service limits and security
We may apply reasonable limits and security controls (e.g., device/session restrictions, verification steps) to protect users and the platform. We may suspend accounts that show suspicious activity.
Suspension and termination
